PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Paypal payments. Don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay secure way by credit card (Visa Electron works also) just follow the Paypal instructions on the checkout. If you live in Finland you can pay by bank transfer or via Paypal.

In case of a bank transfer please contact us here with products you want to order.

Free home delivery and pick-up is available for bank transfer orders if you live in 40100 area of Jyväskylä, Finland.

ALL PRICES ON THE WEBSITE ARE SHOWN IN EUROS & INCLUDE VAT (24%). We don't deduct VAT from the price for International orders.


DELIVERY

We ship via Priority mail inside Finland and shipping costs are 5 euros per order. For orders over 50 euros shipping is Free inside Finland by using code: FREE at the checkout. Small items like beanies, t-shirts, tote bags etc. are sent without tracking.

We also ship internationally! Please check your country's rate at the checkout. For orders over 50 euros use code: FREE at the checkout to receive 5 euros off from the shipping. We take 1-5 days to dispatch your orders. If for some reason there is delay in your order we will contact you. Delivery times will vary depending on destination (usually from 2 to 4 weeks). For international shipments we use Signed for or EMS packages with tracking. Note: Signed for packages tracking doesn't work for every country. We are not responsible for lost packages during transportation. Tracking for EMS packages works in all countries. EMS is quite expensive (around 30 euros) but if you want to use it please contact us before purchase.

If you don't see your country in the shipping country list or you get an error message in the checkout please contact us so we can get the current shipping rates to your country. Some countries are still too expensive to ship the goods in a safe way. We are trying to add new countries to our list and find affordable ways of transport.

You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. We are not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In Finland we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days once you have received your order. Exchanges are possible if the stock is available so be sure with your purchase. Customer is responsible for returning shipping fees and these won't be refunded. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.

For other countries we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of arrival. You need to contact us first for instructions. Customer is responsible for returning shipping fees and these won't be refunded. Items must be in unused condition with original packaging.

In case of returns contact us via contact sheet for details. After receiving the instructions you have to return the goods within 2 days. Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging as received. If applicable a refund to your Paypal account will be issued within 30 days.

On sale items all sales are final.
